Betty Petredean Scholarship for the Arts
Margaret "Betty" Petredean was a music education major, pianist, organist, vocalist and a lover of the fine arts. This scholarship was established in memory of Betty Petredean.
One yearly scholarship of $2,000 will be awarded and will be renewable for an additional three years, based on specific criteria. Homer High School graduating seniors or alumni who are pursuing a degree in arts will be considered for this scholarship. Citizenship, leadership skills, community service, and the scholarship essay will also be taken into consideration. Click here for the scholarship application.
