Harry & Linda Lucyshyn Memorial Scholarship
Harry Lucyshyn and Linda Hyde Lucyshyn were graduates of Homer High School. They both attended Michigan State University. Linda majored in speech and audiology and Harry majored in Veterinary Medicine. Harry and Linda married and returned to Homer where they worked and were active in the community. They had one son, Greg Lucyshyn, who also graduated from Homer High School. Harry died in 1981 and Linda died in 1983. This scholarship has been established in their memory.
One yearly scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a Homer Community School graduate. Consideration is given to those students who may be pursuing careers in audiology, sciences, agriculture and veterinary medicine. Click here for the scholarship application.
