Phil Duff Memorial Scholarship
This fund was established in memory of Phil Duff, former Homer elementary school principal and active community member.
One yearly scholarship of $250 will be awarded to a Homer High School graduate based on scholarship, merit, and community participation. Click here for the scholarship application.
